Support
Weatherpipe is built and maintained by one person at NB Holdings, LLC. There's no support portal and no chat widget — just email. Write to the address that fits your question and you'll get a reply, usually within a few business days.
- General help and bug reports — support@weatherpipe.com
- Privacy questions and data requests — privacy@weatherpipe.com
- Refunds — handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you bought
I.Bug reports and feature requests
If something isn't working, please email support@weatherpipe.com and include as much of the following as you can:
- What you saw vs. what you expected.
- Device and OS (e.g., "Pixel 7, Android 14" or "iPhone 13, iOS 17").
- App version — visible at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen.
- Approximate location being forecast (city is fine — needed for any "the forecast looked wrong" report).
- Screenshots or a short screen recording if the issue is visual.
Crash reports are also collected anonymously through Sentry, which means we may already have a stack trace for the issue you're writing about — but a short note from a real person is what tells us which crashes matter and how to reproduce them.
Feature requests are welcome at the same address. We can't promise to ship every idea, but the queue is read.
II.Refunds and billing
Apple and Google process every Weatherpipe purchase, so refund and billing requests need to go to them — we don't see your card details and can't issue a refund directly.
- App Store (iOS): visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the Weatherpipe charge.
- Google Play (Android): open the Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions or Order history, and request a refund within the eligible window. Older charges can be raised via Google's help center.
- Cancelling a subscription: manage it from the App Store or Google Play account settings, not from inside the Weatherpipe app.
If a platform refund is denied and you think the situation is unusual — a duplicate charge, a renewal you didn't mean to keep, a clear bug that prevented use of the app — write to support@weatherpipe.com with your platform order ID. We can sometimes help nudge it along on the platform side.
III.Privacy and data requests
Weatherpipe deliberately doesn't tie what it sees to a real-world identity, but data-protection rights still apply. For access, deletion, opt-out of analytics, or anything else covered in the Privacy Policy, write to privacy@weatherpipe.com. Including your device's anonymous identifier (visible at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen) helps us locate the records associated with your install.
IV.Response time
One person reads these inboxes. We aim to reply within two business days; complicated questions may take longer. If your message touches on something time-sensitive — a billing dispute, a privacy request with a legal deadline — please say so in the subject line.
V.Other
